Working alongside our Associate HR consultant, Kimberly Bradshaw, we are well placed to help with all your people and employment issues. It's a relationship thing. We are not trying to be another large HR consulting advisory service offering a budget helpline on a fixed monthly cost. It's by taking the time to get to know you and understand the culture of your organisation that we are best able to advise on HR issues and, therefore, to resolve matters for you quickly and effectively. How can we help?
Our support is tailored to each individual business. Each client needs something different and personal to them. For one client, it can be about documentation and procedures - making sure they have the right support so they can be confident they are legally compliant and operating with best practice. For another, it can be about expert support when making more complicated decisions - perhaps helping with the redundancy process, making sure those difficult disciplinary situations are handled correctly or being the impartial expert when chairing an appeal.
