Highly experienced in recruitment legislation including recent changes in Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and IR35 legislation, Mark has experience managing successful recruitment businesses delivering high quality, compliant services to his customers.

Mark graduated in 1995 with a BEng (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering and went on to become a Chassis Engineer for over 7 years within the Automotive and Defence industries working with engineering Consultancies and OEMs.

Since 2000, Mark has pursued a customer facing career in Technical Recruitment specialising in Engineers for the Motorsport and Automotive sectors. Mark has managed several different teams of recruiting staff placing professionals from Technician level to Senior Management within OEMs and Suppliers alike.
