It's a relationship thing. We are not trying to be another large HR consulting advisory service offering a budget helpline at a fixed monthly cost. By getting to know you and understanding your organisation's culture, we are best able to advise on HR issues and, therefore, resolve matters for you quickly and effectively. How can we help?
Our support is tailored to each individual business. Each client needs something different and personal to them. For one client, it can be about documentation and procedures - making sure they have the right support so they can be confident they are legally compliant and operating with best practices. For another, it can be about expert support when making more complicated decisions - perhaps helping with the redundancy process, making sure those difficult disciplinary situations are handled correctly or being the impartial expert when chairing an appeal.
