Jim joined the ASL group in August 2017. A native of Bexhill-on-Sea, Jim has been working in recruitment for a number of years (aside from a spell selling sailing boats!) His familiarity with the companies operating within East Sussex is invaluable in his role developing our customer-base and raising our profile throughout the business community. In the office, Jim uses his impressive industry knowledge to recruit for permanent roles across a variety of sectors. When not actively networking and hobnobbing with business leaders, Jim continues to indulge his passion for sailing boats. He is also known to write computer programs and listen to progressive rock. A confirmed Francophile, he enjoys trips to France as often as possible.
