Having run his own recruitment agency for many years, John is well-known amongst the Hastings business community. John joined forces with ASL in March 2003 and is now responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency - for which his career in the Royal Navy prepared him well! An experienced and level-headed problem-solver, John is still a hands-on recruiter, bringing his considerable experience to bear on permanent placements across a range of industries. However, he particularly enjoys the challenges of recruiting for the Engineering sector.
