Permanent roles often come with employee benefits such as subsidised gym memberships and private healthcare plans; however, temporary workers often miss out on these because, as 'temp' workers, they don't qualify for them. This is true even if they've been placed with the same company in the same role for a significant period. 

We thought that seemed a bit unfair, particularly for those temp workers who have been with us for a long time. We wanted to offer something to show our appreciation for their hard work and consistency, so we investigated what we could do about it.

Over the next few days, you will receive an email from People Partner on behalf of us – so don’t delete it! it will contain all the information you need to access the scheme.
