Kimberly is an award-winning HR professional with nearly 20 years’ experience of running HR and Learning and Development organisations, having first become involved in HR and learning nearly 30 years ago.  Her reputation is based on providing pragmatic solutions to any people problem for clients in sectors ranging from religious orders through to the FCA regulated via manufacturing and services and everything in between.  Kimberly’s qualifications include an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, executive and cognitive behavioural coaching, psychometric assessments, NLP and career transition support.  Her vision is to improve businesses through their workers and to taking a holistic approach to solve organisational people issues.
